Communications Education, Presenting and Coaching

Our Training Approach
Our approach sets us apart from other training organizations as we begin by identifying key communications strengths and weaknesses of individuals. Our greatest successes in changing communications effectiveness within organizations occurs when we have management buy-in for short, highly interactive sessions conducted over three to six months, with individual and team goals for improvement.

Presentations and Seminars
Most of the communications presentations, whether the format is keynote, panel participation, or a breakout session, are designed with a purpose to educate and motivate, offering participants new perceptions for effective communications. National and regional associations, corporations and conferences have sought Susan Long-Molnar as a professional communicator they can expect to offer interactive, high-energy, and in-depth presentations.
Susan Long-Molnar has facilitated training or presentations for associations such as the Hampton Roads Society of Human Resources Management for its Virginia Conference. (HRSHRM), the Commercial Real Estate Women national conference and regional luncheons, Society of Marketing Professional Services, and other business and government organizations.
