United Drug Testing Lab, Inc. in Boise, Idaho was purchased by a medical company in Virginia. Although UDTL had been operating for several years, little effort had been made to establish the independent lab as a viable business.Our management team assisted the new company to launch advanced technology which would give the lab a unique position in the market. With that launch, we developed a new web site, marketing collaterals, and an industry trade show presence. The brand strategy was developed from within, making significant changes in the sales processes.
